You can buy with confidence knowing that your TV box is sold with a worry free 2 year limited warranty. This means that if you experience any hardware and software (only the installed apps in the box) related related issues with your TV box, we will fix or replace it for you at no additional cost. This ensures that your TV box will never have any defects in quality. On top of that, every TV box is bench-tested prior to sale so that this occasion is minimized.

Please note that our warranty does not cover any software related issues other than the apps installed in the box (apps installed by the user), user error, or any physical damage imposed by the user. Warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval after receiving the unit and prior to repair or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim based on factors such as (but not limited to) physical damage, misuse, and violating warranty conditions.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. Notifying the date of purchase: If you buy the box from online, warranty period would start from the date the box is delivered to your address. If you buy the device from any reseller shop, please notify us by mail or SMS or Viber within 7 days of buying the device. Our email address is mkiptvjp@gmail.com and Phone/Viber is 080-8812-8926.
  2. Resetting the device to factory defaults: If you reset the box to factory default, all the customized apps would be deleted. Hence warranty would be void.
